Certified partnerships are how a manufacturer warranty, factory training, and ongoing support reach a Frisco or Prosper home. We specify and install the platforms we are authorized to sell. Lutron is a Gold Dealer partner and Control4 a Certified Dealer lines. Savant and the lighting, audio, video, security, and networking brands below are authorized lines we program and service from our Plano shop. If a logo is on this page, we can stand behind the product after installation day.
Control Systems
A control system is the layer that makes lighting, shades, climate, audio, and security answer to one keypad or one app. We design and support professionally engineered Control4 and Savant systems, selected on the home, the client's priorities, and long-term service needs. Both run locally in the house, so everyday scenes keep working when the internet does not. A whole-home job usually starts here so those systems talk to the same controller. Programming stays in our project files, so later changes are revisions rather than a rebuild.

Lighting & Shades
Lutron lighting and shades are a Gold Dealer line for us. Ketra, DMF Lighting, and Hunter Douglas sit beside it when a room needs color-accurate sources, recessed fixtures, or motorized fabric. We specify loads, keypads, and shade fabric against the architecture. Shades and lighting are commissioned together so a room can hold a movie blackout and a dinner scene from the same keypad. Factory training is what makes a keypad feel like finish work. The same dealer status keeps replacement parts and firmware on the original warranty.

Audio & Video
Theater and whole-home sound use the authorized list on this page. Sony, JVC, and Epson cover displays and projection. Trinnov, Klipsch, Focal, MartinLogan, KEF, and SVS cover speakers and room correction. Marantz, Denon, Onkyo, and Integra cover processors and amplifiers. We are THX Certified and a Home Acoustics Alliance member, so calibration is part of the install. The same authorized processors and speakers also feed kitchens, patios, and commercial rooms. Gear is specified to the room.

Security & Networking
Cameras, locks, and the network they ride on have to be specified together. IC Realtime, Yale, August, and Ring cover surveillance and access. Pakedge, Ruckus, and UniFi cover the wired and wireless plant those systems need. A Control4 or Savant home will not stay reliable on consumer Wi-Fi. Locks and cameras join the same control system when a client wants one goodnight scene. We design the rack, label the runs, and leave the network documented so later service is not a guessing game.

Why Certified Dealers Matter
Genuine warranty
A manufacturer warranty follows product that an authorized dealer sold and installed. Hardware bought outside that channel often arrives without that coverage. We buy through the factory programs we hold, including Lutron Gold and Control4 Certified. If a controller or keypad fails, we file the claim and swap the part.
Factory training
Our credentials are THX Certified, CEDIA Member, Lutron Gold Dealer, Control4 Certified Dealer, Home Acoustics Alliance. Those credentials are how factory training reaches the job. Technicians learn the current software and the documented way to commission each platform. Programming files stay in our shop so a later change is a revision, not a rebuild.
Ongoing support
Installation day is not the end of the relationship. Firmware and scene files drift, and our Plano team handles the updates on the brands we installed. Most issues are resolved remotely; when a truck is needed, you reach the same local people during posted hours (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Sat 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
