Transforming DFW Homes with Intelligent Technology Solutions

Technology, designed around the way you live

From our Plano headquarters, we serve the entire DFW metroplex with technology integration that transforms homes and businesses into intelligent, entertaining spaces.

Our Story

A licensed North Texas integration firm

Since 2015, Digitalholics has designed and installed custom home theater and automation systems across the DFW Metroplex — from our Plano headquarters to homes and businesses in Frisco, Southlake, McKinney, and Flower Mound.

The work splits in two. There is the engineering you never see: load calculations, wiring plans, rack builds, documentation. And there is the result you live with every day: lights that answer one keypad, a theater that sounds right, cameras and locks on the same system. We do both halves with our own local team — no subcontracted installation day.

Our Expertise

Trained and certified on what we install

Digitalholics is a Control4 Certified Dealer, a Lutron Gold Dealer, a THX-certified firm, a CEDIA member, and a member of the Home Acoustics Alliance. Those strings are not wall decoration — each one is a factory relationship that puts training, genuine parts, and warranty support behind your project.

Certification shows up in the details: keypads commissioned to spec, audio calibrated to reference targets, and a paper trail you keep when the job is done. Texas Alarm License B12713501 covers the security side of the work.

Our Standard

The difference is in the details you never see

Any integrator can make a system work on day one. The test is year three, when something needs servicing and the question is whether anyone can tell what was installed. Ours answers itself.

  • Terminated, labeled wiring in every rack and wall pocket
  • Documented settings and calibration reports you keep
  • Manufacturer training and hands-on experience with the systems we install
  • One local DFW number to call after the sale

  • Close-up of a brushed-metal roller shade bracket and textured light fabric on a white wall.
Shade hardware is set square to the frame, hembar flush.
  • Hand pressing a labeled button on a wood-framed wall keypad in warm ambient light.
Every button is commissioned to its scene before handoff.
  • Antique brass three-button lighting keypad with engraved scene names mounted on woven wallcovering.
Finishes are matched to the room's hardware, not the catalog.
  • Close-up of an equipment rack behind a slatted wood door, with black components and a velcro-dressed cable loom.
Racks live behind their own door, built so any component can be serviced.

The Practical Details

What working with us looks like

The part most firms leave vague, in plain words — because you should know who enters your home and what happens after we leave before you spend a dollar.

How long a job takes

A single room — a theater, an office conference room — typically runs one to two weeks of on-site work after equipment arrives. Whole-home projects are phased around your builder's schedule; commercial work is scheduled around your hours of operation, often after close.

You get the schedule in writing with the proposal, and it names what could move it: cabinet lead times, drywall crews, inspection dates.

Who shows up at your house

Our own employees. Designers visit first and write the plan; the technicians who install have manufacturer training and hands-on experience with the systems we recommend — the same crew that will service you later. We do not hand installation day to a subcontractor.

If something breaks

One number — (469) 666-0747 — answered by our Plano office during Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM · Sat 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Where remote monitoring is in place, many faults can be diagnosed the same day.

Every system we install carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship warranty covers the parts we built — wiring, terminations, racks, and configuration — for the term set out in your written proposal.

Still deciding? Call (469) 666-0747 — a person in Plano answers during posted hours, and questions are free.

Our Process

How we work

A deliberate, documented path from first conversation to a system you'll love for years.

  1. Technician and homeowner reviewing a smartphone together in a maple-cabinet kitchen.

    Consultation & Planning

We start on the phone: how you live and work, what the space is, and what you want it to do. If it is a fit, a detailed site evaluation follows and shapes the solution — before any equipment is specified.

    Deliverable

    A clear, written proposal

  2. Hands drawing dimensional sketches of a square keypad plate next to metal sample faces.

    Custom Design

Every system is engineered around your architecture, lifestyle, and aesthetic. Documentation covers performance targets, wiring plans, and integration details.

    Deliverable

    A documented system design

  3. Installer lifting a white ceiling Wi-Fi access point toward a blue network cable in a room with wood beams.

    Professional Installation

Certified technicians execute with premium components and industry best practices — clean racks, labeled wiring, calibrated audio, and pixel-perfect video.

    Deliverable

    A system that just works

  4. Family laughing together on a cream sofa in a bright open-plan living room and kitchen.

    Ongoing Support

Our local DFW team provides system updates, proactive maintenance, and prompt technical assistance long after installation day.
