FriscoFields is a 2,545-acre master-planned community in Frisco, so plan lighting, keypad and network wiring early, while the walls are still open.
PlanoKings Ridge is a neighborhood of 579 homes in the northwest corner of Plano, and planning a theater or shade system there starts with routing wiring through finished rooms.
McKinneyAster Park is a new master-planned community in McKinney, so shade pockets, in-wall keypads and network cabling belong in the plan before construction finishes.
AllenCuster Ridge Estates in Allen will showcase new home designs with high-end finishes, so lighting scenes, keypads and shade pockets are worth planning while walls are open.
