1. Information we collect§
When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the information you provide on the form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, service ZIP code, project type, and message content. You may also upload up to five photos of your space (10 MB each).
We record whether you agreed to receive service-related SMS (Yes or No) and the version of the disclosure shown on the form. When consent is Yes, we also store a server-generated ISO timestamp and the page on which you gave consent. We collect campaign attribution: up to five utm_* parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content) and a pageSource value for the page the form was submitted from.
We also collect standard technical information (browser type, pages visited) to improve this website.
2. Browser storage§
When you arrive from a campaign link that includes utm_* parameters, we save those values in your browser’s sessionStorage so a consultation request submitted later in the same visit can carry them. They last for the browser session only — they are discarded when you close the tab — and are not used for cross-site tracking.
3. Analytics and error monitoring§
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use pages. Clarity records mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling to produce heatmaps and session replays. Form field contents are masked.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits without cookies, in aggregate.
Each vendor publishes its own privacy policy: Google, Microsoft, and Cloudflare. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

5. What we never do§
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your consent. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-messaging services necessary to deliver the messages. 6. Data security§
Consultation requests are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to client information is restricted to team members who need it to serve you.
7. Your choices§
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@digitalholics.com or calling (469) 666-0747.
8. Changes to this policy§
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
