SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern service-related SMS, MMS, and compatible messaging communications sent by Digitalholics LLC (“Digitalholics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By expressly opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program name and purpose

Program: Digitalholics Service Messaging. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling or cancellation updates, technician en-route and estimated-arrival updates, job-completion notices, service follow-up, and replies to customer-service communications.

Opt-in and consent

You may opt in through an unchecked consent box on an applicable Digitalholics web form or by providing express verbal consent while requesting or scheduling service. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you authorize Digitalholics to send recurring automated and person-to-person service messages to the mobile number you provided.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, active projects, service requests, and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.

Opt out

Supported opt-out words may also include CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE where supported by our messaging provider.

Changing your mobile number

If you change or deactivate the mobile number enrolled in this program, please notify us promptly. You are responsible for ensuring that the number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to enroll it.

Delivery and availability

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on all devices or through all carriers.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-messaging services necessary to deliver the messages. Changes or termination

We may modify or discontinue this messaging program or update these SMS Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
